We are experiencing significant growth across the globe and are looking for Partners to assemble, manage and work within vertically-integrated teams to coach company owners on business strategy, productivity enhancements and lifestyle improvement.
Our business model offers considerable benefits to those who are wishing to develop a coaching business within the framework of an already outstandingly successful global and national team. The company operates on a revenue-sharing basis eliminating the need for large start-up investment.

Candidates will be highly experienced in the mid-tier or corporate sector, have excellent commercial acumen and will be able to demonstrate a track record of outstanding achievement. Experience of a start-up environment is desirable along with well developed networks within the owner managed market or corporate sectors.
This opportunity will also suit business owners from allied industries, wanting to make the transition into running a leading-edge coaching business.
You will receive a full and comprehensive training programme in coaching skills and techniques along with extensive personal development opportunities.
Stakeholder participation is available between 1 and 2 years after joining, subject to the attainment of realistic performance criteria.
As a self-employed role, candidates should be ready to fund their way through an initial start-up period of 3 to 6 months, using their own personal resources until a revenue stream is generated.
